What motivates you ?

                  motivationalmemo.com

Motivation is defined as the process that initiates, guides and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. Motivation is what causes us to act, whether it is getting a glass of water to reduce thirst or reading a book to gain knowledge.

As far as am concerned, the world itself refers to the intrinsic feeling that awakes our senses in order to act on a specific angle or the other. I am truly motivated when I observe the world surrounding me and see the sufferings that other people encounter. When I see the efforts of my beloved ones and their faith and trust in encouraging me to do good. Support, love, trust and compassion are the key factors of my motivation.

Finally, I understand that there is a genius in each individual that must be expressed. And we are all responsible to let it out and serve it predestined purpose…

Love, an antidepressant !

                          lovegraphix.110mb.com
Love is as critical for our mind and body as oxygen. It is not negotiable. The more connected we are to this feeling, the healthier we feel well and in harmony with onselself. The less connected we are, the more we are at risk and do not feel secure.

It is also admitted that the lack of love in someone’s heart may be leading to depression. Love is probably the best antidepressant there is because one of the most common sources of depression is feeling unloved.

Most depressed people do not love themselves and they do not feel loved by others. They also are very self-focused, making them less attractive to others and depriving them of opportunities to learn the skills of love. They lack self-confidence at the end and become a danger for themselves!

Getting enough sleep

realbeauty.com
As human, we need sleep many of us overwhelm themselves for the sake of working extra time. We fall into bed exhausted and then, in what seem like a blink of the eye, we are waking to an alarm that usually startles us out of bed.

We need about 8 hours of sleep on average per night. Missing sleep causes irritability and moodiness and that is just to start. After these preliminary signs, we may experience apathy, slow speech impaired memory and difficulty in multitask.

We may tell ourselves that we will make up our sleep on the weekends but we never truly do it. It is important to get the same amount of sleep every night, preferably by going to bed at the same and rising at the same time.

The elephant in the room

.

trishaproud.wordpress.com

An elephant in the room is another cliché that refers to the obvious aspect of a certain thing that is simply ignored by everyone due to the embarrassment it causes. Clichés like this exist and are very common in our today society.

In fact, issue such as tribalism which unfortunately is becoming more and more prominent describes better that state of spirit. As such phenomenon is being recurrent in some people’s mind; it ends up creating a social malaise that has further consequences in the individual ability to express freely his/her views.

Politics in general has a lot to do with situations like this. In fact instead of creating a harmonious and peaceful bound amongst all the patterns of the society, they tend to create confusion that undeniably affects the low spirits, promoting an unstable society …

Positive Attitud

eurotradeforum.com
A Positive Attitude brings optimism in our life, it helps us to reach our goals and reach success. Having and maintaining a positive attitude is the key for success in every single aspect of life.

But unfortunately it is not easy for most of us to maintain a positive attitude, as things go wrong we would let negative thoughts to take over. Fortunately there are certain things that we can do to maintain and develop a positive attitude.

One crucial aspect of positive attitude is self confidence. Self confidence undeniably makes us aware of the true champion identity that lies in within us. But that is not all; we also have to develop certain habits and the appropriate behaviors throughout the journey of life.

We have to understand our differences as unique individuals and that we differ from each other. This will avoid unnecessary comparison with others. Besides this we must also see failure as another step to reach success. We should rather accept it and move forward. Successful people are those who keep going even when everything around them seems to scramble…

Everyday is a good day !

populagram.appspot.com

There is something special in each and everyday that you see.  The simple fact that you have your breathe renewed as you wake up in the morning and see the sunshine is a great privilege.  The reality is that many people don t really see the value of life when they still hold it. It is only when they lose that value that they become familiar with the inner sense of appreciation with regards to the gift of life.

We so often see people complaining about tiny matters compared to those who really struggle in the journey of life. Therefore it is very important to understand the magic aspect of life by making the best out of it!

Sing This Heart Back To Me...

piclove20.blogspot.com
This heart that slept the beauty sleep

And dreamt of daylight drums of joy

This heart that dived abyss too deep

Sing this heart bring this heart

Bring this heart back to me

For there will be no more no heart

No no more heart

No no more heart to beat in me

This heart that leaped this heart that burned

In ashes smashed and crushed and rocked

This heart your heart it never learned

Sing this heart sink not this heart

Think not this heart belongs just to me

For there will be no more no heart

No no more heart

No no more heart to sing in me

This heart that shared your heart that dared

To see too much of the heart in me

Sing this heart bring this heart

Bring this heart back to me

For there will be no more no heart

No no more heart

No no more heart to dream in me

This heart your heart my heart toy heart

Sink not this heart choke not this heart

Sing this heart bring this heart

Bring this heart back to me

That I can cling to this heart

Sing to this heart

Bring my heart back to me

Our greatest fears are our greatest weaknesses

investopedia.com
This statement happens to be true and everybody can actually relate to it. It also suggests that by working on our weakenesses we undeniably reveals the strongest points hidden within us. This simply means that behind every weakness lies a particular strenght that just needs to be activated with continuous efforts and hard work.

They are various schemas that demonstrate the intrinsic value of this powerful statement. It is surprisingly amazing to see the post effects of having discovered your weakness facets. You then learn to take a more rewarding approach to yourself since you know exactly what you have to do to meet a certain goal.

Similarly, if people get to know your weaknesses they can easily manuplate you to their own advantage. Therefore we have to be wise enough to understand that we are not heroes. Rather we are made of strong and weak points. We must be able to identify our weakenesses and work on them for our own good
