Fear is indeed the worst companion. Fear will stop us from reaching our goals. The reality shows that once someone is ceased with the feeling of fear, it actually put him in a situation where he cannot start anything with conviction.


Conviction is something very crucial that one needs to have, in the process of undertaking something. As it is generally said, one needs to believe himself before other can believe him or the dream one seeks to realise. It all starts with the intrinsic knowledge that one has regarding his life purpose.

We have all been created with specific missions to accomplish, so that our life on earth can be complete. The Christians scriptures urge each and everyone not to fear, because the dangers of fear are those of missing the focus and determinant point of our lives. Fear not, for I am with you

First of all, it will be a good thing to define what conventional is all about. The free online dictionary describes the term as the fact of conforming to the usual practices of accepted standards of conduct or taste.


In other words, conventional can be referred to as the general norm, a specific way of doing things or tackle specific situations. Therefore, conventional happens to be a useful gateway that can serve as a good alternative when things appear to be difficult to approach.

Teenage pregnancy is an accrue phenomenon observed in our societies. There are more and more young girls who get pregnant, at an early age in which they still need to complete their growing process.
Because the body of a teen is still growing she needs more nutritional support to meet both her needs and that of her baby. Nutritional counseling can be a large portion of prenatal care.This counseling will usually include information about prenatal vitamins such as folic acid, and the dos and don'ts of eating and drinking. Most of the time, lack of proper nutrition can lead to problems like anemia (low iron), low weight gain, etc.
Another problem facing teen mothers is the use of drugs and alcohol, including cigarette smoking. No amount of any of these substances is safe for use in pregnancy. In fact, their use can complicate pregnancy even further increasing the likelihood of premature birth and other complications.
