 We all aspire to become a boss one day. From the early college experience to university, the majority of young people dream to be their own boss. This may seem absolutely easy to accomplish, but generally we do not examine the different points or areas that are necessary to strengthen our vision. It is true that being at the top gives you access to certain privileges and rewards, but all this can only be possible if we align and comply with certain rules to become a success, but most importantly to remain at this position.

Here being a boss should involve two undeniable actions, ordering and executing. From these two actions, we clearly see that one will give order or instructions, while the other will obey or execute the instructions. At this particular stage being a boss is also about relationship. The relationship between the boss and its employees need to be clean and directed in way that makes both characters comfortable with each other. As the boss, one need to be effective, respected and actively liked by the working staff. One has to be the best boss that has never happened to them. Thus they will feel so enthusiastic to work near somebody who really inspires them.

The Internet is a powerful tool that represents danger to kids. Research has shown that the Internet is a powerful tool, which opens new opportunities such as e-commerce, e-learning, e-business for everyone and aids teaching and learning.

Unfortunately, there are dangers such as paedophiles, emails harassment, meeting friends made on the Internet without knowing who they are, associated with young children using the Internet and, as in any other area of life, children and young people are vulnerable and may expose themselves to danger, whether knowingly or unknowingly when using the Internet.

The Internet, sometimes called the World Wide Web (www) or just ‘the net’, is a massive network of computers from around the world all connected by cable and satellite. When users are connected to the Internet, they can receive text, images, video and sound on their computers anywhere in the world.

In reality, seeing inappropriate material is not the greatest danger to kids online. The real threat comes from those who would take advantage of kids who naively reveal personal information about themselves, such as their name and address.

Therefore, there are many things on-line that are suitable for children or those are cause for concern. The main dangers to children are that they may access inappropriate information; inadvertently form ‘friendships’ with strangers; be subjected to advertising pressures; risk their personal health through excessive use; and endanger their privacy.

However, as with other areas of children’s lives, parents should have a responsibility to provide guidance and to set clear limits. There are several things that parents can do to help counteract the dangers of the Internet while allowing their children to use its benefits such as learn more about it themselves; be aware of what their children are doing on the Internet; establish guidelines about safe Internet use; teach their children to be critical users of the Internet as well as put in place reasonable boundaries.

Two people coming out of the building

At 9 o’clock in the morning two people came out of the square building on last Monday. They have been neighbors since twelve months and have never ever met with each other before then. It is surprising to see how life can be strange sometimes.

They are both divorced without any children. On that day, they met and like in a coincidence they were going to the same place; the Escobedo library, looking for the same book titled, where is Love? The two adults were in their early sixties and had something in common; loneliness. They had come along the path of life without experiencing the touch of affection and care that humanity can give and offer.

When they arrived at the Escobedo library, they sat aside next to each other and opened themselves to each other, just like they were used to one another. The man’s name was Paul, and the woman Elisabeth. Through their long and moving discussion, they found out that they were both twins separated at their early birth…

Life should also be a continuous exploring and discovering game of the truth that will set you free….IPR

How hard is it to follow instructions !

An instruction can be considered as a line or direction to follow in order to perform a particular task or achieve a certain goal. We all come to life without any specific knowledge of the world that is around us. We generally enter a process where we get to learn some trips in order to reach a certain point. Here we clearly see that as we growing, we continuously learn new things that appeared unknown to us in the past. This touches various aspects of our life journey. In fact the mechanism of life is such as we will always get to follow some kind of directions or instructions to reach a goal.

For instance, for the baby to grow healthy his mother will have to take care of him, by giving him food, showing care and love and so forth. All the same the student who wants to obtain satisfactory results at school will have to align himself with certain rules in order to remain a good student. Also to cure from a disease the person who is sick will have to take some medicines in the appropriate way, not to avoid overdose and risk his own life.

However, it happens that instructions are hard to follow most of the time. Some are not easy to understand, and others can really be confusing. What then causes the complexity of instructions, which in essence are meant to simplify our daily routine ?

End violence against women

 Women should be informed about the nature of abusive relationships, safe dating practices, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and the rights of women since many have been victims in any way, and due to ignorance they cannot report it.

Research has shown that violence against women is about power and control. Violence against women cuts across race, religion, income, class and culture. Violence against women is deeply embedded in all cultures, so that millions of women consider it a way of living.

However, according to some males, women should be treated as human beings, with dignity, respect and love. It is a shame that some men abuse women; real men must denounce by all means any violence against any women, and treat women as equal. Real men should not hit women as will gain nothing from it due to the fact that strong men don’t beat women, only cowards do so.

Women reflect our mothers and research has shown again that abusing a woman is abusing your mother, and the concept of abusing your mother is a terrible one. Violence against your mother is a terrible thing. Violence against women is violence against God and violence against women should be fought by demonstrating dignity and fairness in all personal and public relations with women. It is from these immediate personal interactions that the ripple effect of equality will be spread. The simple key, however, is that every male has to commit himself to his behaviour.

It should be noted that some women stay in an abusive relationship because of number of reasons such as many women believe that they love their partners; they think that the relationship has its good pints, it’s not all bad they tell themselves; many women live in the hope that it will change and many others are afraid of the threats received by  their partners to kill them. Let real men do the right things by protesting against any violence against women.

Men and women should not just be a simple couple! They should be good business partners and bring the change to this world! Beyond all that, they must understand that they are one flesh! If they are truly in love with each other..., nothing can arise against them! Men be aware! You should not forbid your woman to work if you are awake... the world actual trends are on ongoing change! Don't you see your best business partner!
